Finding the perfect apartment is kind of like dating and we want to make sure that this would be a good match too. We’re looking for someone who knows WeHo is where they want to be, loves our Old Hollywood interiors, and understands the perks of vintage charm. Bonus points if you’ve read the pages below.

From income to credit, this is what we look for in approving applicants. Please note that we do not accept co-signers.

Our Schedule & Availability

Appointments are typically available between 11am – 7pm depending on our property manager’s personal schedule and what work is being completed in the suite.  Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder so you don’t miss our email.

We kindly ask that you please not walk through the property.  


We want to make sure that you’d love living in the apartment and building, so if something is important to you (like an in-home W/D or specific date) and it doesn’t quite match with the vacancy, an appointment will not be confirmed.

We’re looking for a longer term tenant that is kind, quiet, and low maintenance. We do not accept co-signers. We also require that everyone who will be residing in the apartment physically tour the community to get a sense of space, light, and sound. We do not do virtual tours or friend tours on your behalf.
