We are pleased to be able to offer two on-site laundry rooms for our residents.  Both laundry rooms have been completely remodeled from the ground up and include:

• One washer & two stacked dryers
• Credit/debit machines – no need for quarters
• Text updates when your load is done
• Original sink as a nod to the building’s 1950’s heritage
• Individual labeled cubbies or lockers for each suite to store their laundry supplies
• A board with name tags for each resident to be able to communicate, “I’m currently doing laundry,” or “Please knock on my door when you’re finished.”
• A “Lost & Found” bin for any stray socks or items
• Candy to make doing laundry just a bit sweeter
