2nd Floor Suites

The most private of all of the floor plans, the Bardot is located at the very back of the community above the garages and is the only floor plan to offer a balcony off of the bedroom. To access these suites, there are two private stairways that open onto the garage area at the very end of the driveway. With no neighboring apartments above or below you – and no shared walls – these two suites are extremely private and feel like your own condo.

At the entryway you’ll find a large kitchen with walk-in pantry and a window above the sink that lets you look out down the center courtyard. In the living room, you’ll find a large window that faces East and gets a great amount of direct sunlight throughout the day. In the hallway between the living room and bedroom, you’ll find a large linen cabinet as well as access to the bath. The best part of the Bardot floor plan? Imagine waking up every morning and being able to sip your morning coffee from the balcony off of the bedroom.
